Registration set up:

Preparation of the application for registration in the Vulnerable Activities Registry / PLD system of the

Ministry of Finance and Public Credit (Financial Intelligence Unit).

Third Party Requirements:

1. Select and cover the notary public fees. If you do not have one, we can give you several options.

2. Mexican SIM card (to obtain access to bank account).

3. Cover the cost of corporate bookkeeping.

4. Rental of home or office in Mexico.

5. Basic accounting and tax services: Invoices, Countability, Financial Status, Tax declarations.

Corporate Maintenance Services:

Acting as commissioner;

Preparation of the administration report;

Preparation of the anuuanl commissioner’s report;

Approval of annual financial statements;

Presentation of the notice to the tax authority of shareholders abroad.
