A VASP in Georgia (FIZ) allows for:

  • Up to 20 invoices/month
  • Annual Financial Reports
  • Search and employment of a Local AML/MLRO:
  • Coordinating the appointment process and ensuring proper onboarding for the selected AML/MLRO
  • Arranging a 1 (one)-year contract for the AML/MLRO’s services
  • AML/MLRO will deliver up to 5 hours per month of written assistance
  • Search and rental agreement for a physical office in Georgia for 1 (one) year:
  • Review and liaising of entering into a written agreement with the landlord
